Mr. Jimmy Christian Byukusenge,
Director General of Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA).
Mr. Jimmy Christian Byukusenge is the Director General of the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA) since September 18th, 2025. He is a results-driven strategic leader and operations manager with over 16 years of experience across Government and Private sector.
Before joining RPPA, Jimmy served as Director General of Corporate Services at the Ministry of Education, Corporate Services Division Manager in Gisagara District, Manager of Service, Quality and Compliance/Operations Manager at the former KCB Bank (now BPR Bank), and Deputy Branch Manager at the former Agaseke Bank (now Bank of Africa).
He holds a master’s in business administration (Finance), a master’s in business administration (Project Management), and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Accounting Sciences. He is also a Certified Public Financial Management Accountant.

Mrs.NIKUZE Immaculee
Acting Director of Administration and Finance
NIKUZE Immaculee is the Acting Director of Administration and Finance of the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority. She is an experienced Rwandan accountant with over nine years of experience in public sector financial management. She is known for integrity, precision, and strategic financial oversight. Since 2017, she has served as an Accountant at the National Rehabilitation Service (NRS), managing budget preparation, cash flow planning, SMART IFMIS payments, VAT/withholding tax declarations, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit preparation. In 2019, she acted as Director of Administration and Finance at NRS, overseeing administration, HR, finance, resource mobilization, and regulatory compliance. Previously, she worked as an Accountant at the National Commission for Children (NCC), handling payment processing, general ledger postings, financial analysis, and audits. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Finance) from UNILAK and has completed CPA and IPSAS trainings sponsored by MINECOFIN. She is fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda, and proficient in Microsoft Office and IFMIS., she is committed to transparent public financial management. |
