To access the Umucyo system, you need a computer system with a minimum of Pentium IV configuration and above and an internet connection.
The operating system supported is Windows.
You also need a latest browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet explorer …. etc.
You may view the pages of the system but the system is not guaranteed to behave normally when you want to login or sign using digital certificates.

Online registration for eProcurement is very simple as a supplier. Go to umucyo.gov.rw Homepage, click on supplier registration link and fill up the registration form online. You should possess the digital certificate and browse to it when the system asks it.
On successful submission and approval by registration administrator of Umucyo the registered certificate can be used to login. The supplier needs to register his/her user and map that user with digital certificate - obtained from GovCA.

Login on UMUCYO system( www.umucyo.gov.rw).
*Go to bidding menu and click on “List of advertising all”
Go to “Help→ Admin. Announcement “and download bid submission use guide
1) Click on “e-Bidding menu”
2) List of advertising
3) Choose the tender name and click on “Planned open date” column title to view the opening report
